sound therapy, what to expect:

  • Post treatment there is further guided reflection to help you understand your experience better and gain insights into that experience. It is within this part of the process that clients gain the most profund insights into whatever is a source of stress and strain from them in their lives.

  • Sound bath will last approx 45-50mins with a 5-10min therapeutic percussion sequence at the end. Sessions are approximately 1 hour 30mins long depending on the reflection process pre and post treatment.

  • To get the most of the sessions and truly feel the benefits it is recommended you commit to 4 or more sessions on a weekly, consectutive basis at the same date and time each week.

  • On arrival Dylan will welcome you into the studio and ask you to sit comfortably on the sofa and settle into the space.

  • Prior to the personalised Sound Bath you will be guided through some gentle self reflection and asked to describe where you are feeling the source of stress or strain in your mind and body.

  • The participant then lays down on the treatment bed where Dylan will briefly demonstrate how the session will run including instruments, sounds and movement within the space.
